The four star Hotel Viñas de Lárrede is a chalet style hotel located at the entrance of Valle de Tena, just 15 minutes south from Biescas. The hotel is set in a lovely garden with swimming pool and also a spa.

A family run hotel with each of it’s 17 lovely rooms having the name of women from the family. All of the rooms are ensuite and each is decorated differently which gives each one a different character.

The hotel has a superb restaurant and the quality of food prepared by Toni, the chef, is exceptional and food lovers are in for a treat with lots of local delicacies prepared. Each morning a breakfast buffet is served with cooked and continental options. Three course evening meals are taken in the hotel restaurant with a choice of starters, main courses and dessert. Please note wine is not included.

Guests can relax in the the hotel’s spa which includes hydro massage pool, Hammam and contrast showers. The use is private so book your appoiment in the reception. A full range of massage and body treatments are available as well. While the temperatures are suitable the outdoor swimming pool is open.

The area where the hotel is based is famous for its Romanesque churches which date back to the 10-13th centuries with the tiny villages of the Serrablo having some of the best examples.

Because the villages of the Serrablo never grew bigger (most shrunk) these churches were never expanded or altered and for the most part their original design and layouts remain.

It’s a beautiful area to explore and there are a dozen other villages all with beautiful churhes nearby.
