If you’re dreaming of a unique winter escape, snowshoeing in the Pyrenees is the perfect way to explore Spain’s majestic mountains while enjoying a peaceful, nature-filled holiday. Our February snowshoeing package offers a chance to discover the stunning landscapes of Pyrenees with daily guided excursions through serene forests, to frozen lakes, and up to breathtaking viewpoints.

This 7-night holiday includes stays at two charming hotels in two different valleys. First we stay four nights at the cozy Hotel Almud in Sallent de Gállego in the Valle de Tena, followed by three nights at Hotel Real Villa de Anayet in the historic Canfranc-Estación in the Aragon Valley. Each day will feature a new snowshoeing adventure, carefully planned to suit your pace and ability, offering an unforgettable way to immerse yourself in the beauty of the Pyrenees in winter. Staying in two different valleys gives us a huge choice of routes to choose from, and adds a lot of variety

Snowshoeing is an ideal activity for those seeking to discover the mountains in winter. You’ll have the opportunity to explore untouched trails, visit hidden corners of the mountains, and encounter local wildlife such as chamois and golden eagles. As you traverse snowy landscapes, you’ll feel a deep connection with nature, far from the busy ski resorts.

Our experienced guides will lead you through the most scenic parts of the Pyrenees, from the peaceful Tena Valley to the dramatic surroundings of Canfranc-Estación. With each step, you’ll learn about the rich history of the region, its unique wildlife, and the traditions of the mountain villages.

In the evenings, you’ll return to your warm and welcoming hotels, where you can unwind with traditional Pyrenean dishes like “ternasco” (roast lamb) and hearty stews, paired with excellent local wines. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or new to snowshoeing, this holiday provides the perfect blend of activity and relaxation.

Join us for a snowshoeing holiday in the Pyrenees this February and experience the magic of winter in one of Spain’s most beautiful mountain regions. Escape the crowds and enjoy a peaceful, guided adventure that will leave you refreshed and inspired.
