Snowshoeing holiday in the Pyrenees
Sunshine or Snow? We’ve both covered

The mountains of the Pyrenees are stunning whatever the season. This week we’ve seen the beautiful autumn colours covered with the first snowfall of the winter and everyone is now itching to get their skis and snowshoes on! Whether you prefer the mountains glistening white or bathed in summer sunshine we’ve got the right trip for you.

Our snowsheing holiday is running on the 22 February – 1 March. Our guides will show you the beauty of the mountains in winter. It’s a two centre itinerary staying in the pretty village of Sallent in the Valle de Tena before moving to the Valle de Aragon, where Canfranc Estacion with its famous railway station is our base. If you’ve not tried snowsheing before come and give it a go – it’s fantastic fun!

If you are looking for a summer adventure, then our summer 2026 schedule is now published. We’ve guided itineraries to the Valle de Tena and Ordesa National Park in June, July and September. If long days in high, rugged terrain are your thing, take a look at our Refugio Week which tackles Monte Perdido, the 3rd highest peak in the Pyrenees, or the Heart of the Pyrenees in Benasque, flanked by Posets and Aneto the two highest peaks in the range.

Our Catalan Pyrenees trips are filling fast with only a couple of places left on the July and September departures – if you’d like to come on these trips let us know quickly!

Whichever itinerary you choose, you know our great guiding team of David, Sara, Pablo, Chema and Roberto will look after you well – and great news, we’ll be welcoming Juanma back this season! You never know – they might even let me out of the office for a couple of days hiking next year!

Whether it’s in the summer or the winter, we hope to see you hiking with us in the Pyrenees next year,
Phil
