Great conditions at Formigal
Up at Formigal on Wednesday – great conditions with plenty of fresh snow. The Sextas area was as good as I’ve seen it this season and the fabulous Bosque run is open.
Plenty of powder on some pistes particularly at Tres Hombres. A lot of wind slab particularly on northern slopes and plenty of fresh avalanches around so take extreme care if venturing off piste.

A wonderful week walking through the spectacular landscapes of Riglos and Alquézar, with dramatic cliffs, soaring vultures, peaceful trails, spring flowers and unforgettable canyon scenery in the Spanish Pre-Pyrenees.
We’ve just returned from a wonderful private walking holiday in Priorat and Beceite, combining Mediterranean mountain walks, wine tastings, historic villages, local food and some very special encounters with the people who make this area so memorable.
