Car Rental in Zaragoza for the Pyrenees

Car Rental in ZaragozaZaragoza is the nearest major city to the Aragonese Pyrenees and one of the easiest places to hire a car from if you’re coming to the Pyrenees.

There are two main places to rent cars from – Delicias train station or the airport. Both have National/Atesa, Europcar and Avis offices.

If you’re coming on train form Barcelona or Madrid you’ll arrive at Delicias train station and this is also the easiest place to rent from if you’re staying at a city centre hotel.

It’s roughly a two hour drive from Zaragoza to the Pyrenees.

If you’re flying into Barcelona it’s just as quick and cheaper to rent a car directly from Barelona airport – it’s around a 4 hour drive but this works out quicker by the time you factor in time for the train journey and getting between the airport and the train station. In addition you don’t have to worry about matching up your train departure with your flight arrival time.
