How to Book

Booking with Hike Pyrenees is simple and secure.

Booking

Either download a booking form (in PDF format) or use the booking form in our brochure.

Complete the booking form and send to us along with your deposit (payable by cheque or bank transfer). A £75 deposit per person is required.

We will confirm your booking and send a receipt as soon as we receive your booking form and deposit.

The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday. We will contact you at this point to collect the balance and will send your holiday information pack.
