Combine a language course with your walking holiday

Our Learn Spanish option is perfect for those wanting to get to grips with the Spanish language and what better place to learn than the country itself. You can take Spanish lessons either as a holiday on it’s own or as an extension either before or after one of our walking holidays.

Our one week Learn Spanish holiday includes 10 hours of Spanish lessons.

Spanish lessons

Classes are in a Cervantes Institute accredited Spanish school and courses are available for absolute beginners, intermediate and advanced speakers. There will be ten hours of lessons in the week split into five classes of two hours each. All classes are small groups and concentrate on practical skills in order to get you chatting with the locals as quickly as possible.

Learn Spanish extension

Lessons can be taken as an extension to your walking holiday. A popular option is to spend a few days in Jaca before transferring to Panticosa on Sunday ready to start walking on Monday.

Accommodation

You will be based in Jaca. Once the capital of Aragon it’s lively old town is now home to some of the best tapas bars and restaurants in the region.

Hotel Puigdefabregas is a short walk from the language school and town centre. This comfortable, family run hotel has twelve en-suite rooms. There is a comfortable lounge and sun terrace.

Buffet breakfasts are served each day. Lunches and evening meals are not included but there are plenty of eating options to suit any budget. You´ll have plenty of opportunity to practise your skills out and about in Jaca!

Learn Spanish Extension Add Spanish classes to your walking holiday. 1 night extension includes 1 nights bed and breakfast accommodation plus 2 hours Spanish classes. Add as many nights as you wish - we find a 4 day extension before your walking holidays works really well.
Included Transfers To and from Zaragoza to meet Ryan Air flight from Stansted or train from Barcelona or Madrid. Transfer between Jaca and your walking holiday base if you are doing a Learn Spanish extension.
